Dr. Manho Kim is a professor in Neurology at Seoul National University Hospital. He completed medical school at Seoul National University and a residency program in Neurology at Seoul National University Hospital. After he obtained his PhD from Seoul National University, he underwent postdoctoral training in Univ of Florida and Massachusetts General Hospital, Harvard Medical School.
His research topics of interest are involving application of stem cell and gene therapy to neurodegeneration disease, investigation of pathogenic mechanisms in Huntington's disease, and identification of aggregation of abnormal proteins in neurodegenerative disorders. In addition, he is also actively participating in a number of clinical trials for enhancing cognition and treating migraine. He currently serves as an editorial board member of many distinguished journals such as Scientific Report, Experimental Neurobiology, International Journal of Stem Cells, and Journal of Movement Disorder.
